Ingredients
4 oz. prepared Alfredo sauce
1 oz. prepared Thousand Island dressing
1 12-inch pre-sheeted pizza crust
6 oz. russet potato, sliced and roasted
1/4 cup sweet red pepper, diced
1/4 cup green onion, thinly sliced
8 oz. corned beef, thinly sliced
6 oz. DAIRYLAND CUISINE Mozzerella cheese,
sliced and cut into strips |

Method:
Combine Alfredo sauce and dressing. Spread
evenly over pizza dough. Evenly distribute
remaining ingredients over sauce, finishing
with DAIRYLAND CUISINE Mozzerella cheese.
Transfer to oven preheated to 500°F. Bake
for 10-12 minutes or until crust is golden
brown. Serve immediately. |
